Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXX > CHAPTER231 > 231-156Any person who violates any provision of this subdivision or any rule or regulation thereunder made by the commissioner of transportation shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person. Any person shall be liable for all damage occasioned thereby.
