Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXX > CHAPTER231 > 231-173If any such pole, or structure, or underground conduit or cable, or any attachment or appurtenance thereto, is willfully placed or maintained in any highway without valid license therefor, it shall be removed upon demand by the authority having jurisdiction to issue licenses pursuant to this subdivision at the place where such pole, or structure, or underground conduit or cable, or any attachment or appurtenance thereto is located.
