Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXX > CHAPTER236 > 236-57

Any person who violates the provisions of RSA 236:56 shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person; and, in addition, shall be liable for the cost of restoration of damages to the easement or right-of-way.
