Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXI > CHAPTER261 > 261-157No fee shall be charged for a permit to register a motor vehicle owned by a veteran of World War I or II, the Korean conflict, or the Vietnam conflict who because of being an amputee, paraplegic or having suffered loss or use of a limb from a service-connected cause, as certified by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, has received said vehicle from the United States government or cash settlement in lieu thereof; or because of a disability incurred in, or aggravated by such service, and upon satisfactory proof that the veteran is evaluated by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs to be totally and permanently disabled from such service-connected disability.
