Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXIII > CHAPTER277 > 277-33For the purpose of inspecting establishments subject to this chapter, the commissioner may employ competent persons who shall be known as inspectors, one of whom shall be a woman, and shall fix their compensation in accordance with the state personnel regulations and within the limits of available appropriations and funds.
