Any pewholder dissatisfied with the appraisal of his interest pursuant to RSA 307:13, or such town, may appeal to the next term of the superior court for the county in which such house is situated, upon which appeal the same proceedings shall be had as in the case of appeals from the assessment by selectmen of damages for land taken for highways.
