Application for a certificate of authority by a foreign professional corporation shall be to the secretary of state. The application for the purpose of rendering professional services shall include a statement that all the shareholders and those of its directors and officers as are required by the laws of its state of incorporation and by RSA 294-A:20 are licensed in one or more states, territories of the United States or the District of Columbia to render a professional service described in the statement of purpose of the corporation.
