Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXVII > CHAPTER303 > 303-29Any person who shall wilfully secrete or destroy any proprietary record or document, or shall carry any such record or document out of the state, shall be liable for damages to any person injured thereby, and shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person.
