Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXVIII > CHAPTER304-C > 304-C-40Except as provided in this subdivision, to the extent and at the times or upon the occurrence of the events specified in the limited liability company agreement, a member is entitled to receive from a limited liability company distributions before cessation of the member's membership pursuant to RSA 304-C:27 and before the dissolution and winding up of the limited liability company.
