Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXX > CHAPTER311-B > 311-B-7An application for license shall be in writing and shall be obtained from the secretary of state. Such application shall be in such form as prescribed and approved by the board of auctioneers. It shall contain a showing as to the applicant's ability to judge the value of real, personal and mixed property and such other information as the secretary of state and the board of auctioneers require to determine the qualifications of the applicant and compliance with this chapter. If the applicant is an individual, he shall verify the same; if a firm or corporation, it shall be verified by at least 2 members or officers.
