Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXX > CHAPTER325 > 325-15No corporation or partnership shall be issued a license as a funeral director nor shall any corporation or partnership or any individual connected therewith publicly advertise such corporation or partnership as being licensed funeral directors. This section shall not apply to any corporation licensed prior to January 1, 1953, nor to any corporation whose application for a license or certificate was pending before the board on that date.
