Section 327-A:12 Rulemaking. - New-hampshire Statutes

The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:
   I. Form and content of applications under RSA 327-A:3.
   I-a. Requirements for continuing education pursuant to RSA 327-A:14.
   II. Notification of hearings as authorized under RSA 327-A:11.
   III. Establishment of fees pursuant to this chapter.
   IV. Any other matter necessary for the administration of this chapter.
