Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXXIV > CHAPTER371 > 371-24Upon approval of the commission, a public utility may construct transmission and distribution lines that traverse or parallel the tracks and property of a railroad and establish a permanent or temporary easement thereby. The public utility shall file a plan and layout delineating the route for such lines with the commission 30 days prior to beginning construction and shall make any payment to the railroad the commission determines to be just and reasonable.
