Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXXIV > CHAPTER373 > 373-34If the railroad does not construct such cattle guards, passes and crossings within the times limited by the department of transportation, and does not pay the costs adjudged to be paid by it, upon request, it shall be guilty of a violation for each month's neglect.
