The commissioner is authorized to arrange for a joint examination by the banking department and the primary federal regulator, including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Bank, Office of Thrift Supervision, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the National Credit Union Administration, of the insured institution.
