   I. This chapter shall not apply to any deposit in a bank made by a trustee or trustees acting under a will, trust agreement or other fiduciary instrument, or made by a trustee or trustees acting pursuant to statute or decree of a court. Every such deposit shall be accompanied by a statement signed by the trustee or trustees identifying such will, trust agreement or other fiduciary instrument, statute or decree, and the trustee or trustees shall furnish the bank with a certified copy thereof upon request.
   II. This chapter shall not apply to a fiduciary account arising from a fiduciary relation such as attorney-client.
