   I. In the case of a deposit maintained in any form described in RSA 384-D:2, the power of each of the 2 individual depositors to withdraw moneys to the credit of the account and thereby to effect a pro tanto revocation of the trust, and the protection afforded to the bank in making any such payment, shall have no bearing on the beneficial ownership, during the joint lives of the 2 individual depositors, as between themselves, of the funds in such account or withdrawn therefrom.
   II. Nothing in this chapter shall impair the rights of creditors of a depositor establishing a trust deposit in any form described herein or the rights of a surviving spouse of any such depositor.
