Unless otherwise determined by the bank commissioner, each savings bank, trust company, cooperative bank, and other banking company chartered by the state of New Hampshire shall have all the powers, rights, benefits, privileges, and procedures conferred upon each of such types of banks by the general statutes and rules adopted thereunder, subject to all the duties and restrictions contained in such general statutes and rules. The provisions of such general statutes and rules shall prevail over any inconsistent charter provisions of such banks.
