Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXXV > CHAPTER384 > 384-60-bThe bank commissioner shall be authorized to conduct or to enter into agreements with federal bank regulatory agencies or bank regulatory agencies of other states to examine out-of-state offices of New Hampshire banks or New Hampshire bank holding companies. The cost of such examinations shall be chargeable and paid in accordance with the provisions of RSA 384:60-a and RSA 383:11, I. The provisions of RSA 384:60-a shall apply to department examination personnel employed in making such examinations.
