Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXXV > CHAPTER384 > 384-68The bank commissioner may issue a cease and desist order, as provided in RSA 384:12-a, IV, against any individual or business entity which engages in any act or conduct in violation of RSA 384:67 involving a financial institution under the jurisdiction of the bank commissioner and may bring legal action to enforce the order. The insurance commissioner may issue a cease and desist order, as provided in RSA 400-A:14, against any individual or business entity which engages in any act or conduct in violation of RSA 384:67 involving a financial institution under the jurisdiction of the insurance commissioner and may bring legal action to enforce the order.
