Within 90 days after a favorable decision pursuant to RSA 386-A:7 petitioner shall file with the secretary of state the certificate required pursuant to RSA 386-A:13. The existence of such corporation shall begin upon the filing of the certificate of the trustees or directors in the office of the secretary of state. Any corporation organized under this chapter shall begin business within 2 years from the date of its incorporation; otherwise its charter shall be void, unless the board of trust company incorporation for good cause shown, shall grant one or more extensions of not more than one year each.
