Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXXV > CHAPTER386-A > 386-A-3Each such incorporator shall subscribe to the articles of agreement his name, residence, post office address, and the number of units of capital debentures (in the case of a mutual savings bank) or the number of shares of special deposit or stock (in the case of a guaranty savings bank) which he agrees to take. Each initial signer must subscribe to one or more of such units or shares.
