Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXXV > CHAPTER393 > 393-3The name assumed by the corporation shall indicate that it is a cooperative bank, savings and loan association or building and loan association, and shall not be one that is in use by any other corporation. Said name may be changed by an affirmative vote of 2/3 or more of the votes cast at an annual or special meeting of said association called to consider such action and with the approval of the bank commissioner. Such change of name shall be recorded in the same manner as the original articles of incorporation.
