Section 394-A:10 Charter Conversions. - New-hampshire Statutes

As part of the authority granted under this chapter, the commissioner shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, permitting the conversion of the charter of any bank or association into any other type of charter available under state law for a bank, association or credit union, including a conversion of a charter from mutual to stock form.
