I. Qualifications and application review procedures for licensure under RSA 402-F:2.
II. License suspension and revocation procedures.
III. Procedures for inspecting books, accounts, and records, under RSA 402-F:9.
IV. Hearings, appeals, and enforcement procedures.
V. Any other matter necessary for the proper administration of this chapter.
