Statutes > New-hampshire > TITLEXXXVII > CHAPTER415 > 415-6-dUpon issuing any individual health insurance policy providing hospital, medical-surgical or major medical benefits, an insurer shall offer the insured the option of including a maternity benefits rider if maternity care is not covered under the policy. Nothing in this section shall be construed to apply to supplemental health insurance and disability insurance policies.
