Number of working days specified All specifications for the doing of any work for a board of education shall fix the date before which the work shall be completed, or the number of working days to be allowed for its completion; and every such contract shall contain a provision for a deduction, from the contract price, or any wages paid by the board of education to any inspector or inspectors necessarily employed by it on the work, for any number of days in excess of the number allowed in the specifications.
