Statutes > New-jersey > Title-18a > Section-18a-24 > 18a-24-7518A:24-75. Municipal ordinance for guaranty; authorization Every municipality within or part of the school district of the issuing board is hereby authorized to adopt an ordinance containing a guaranty of bonds issued under this act.
