Expenditure of funds from appropriations The Board of Trustees of Montclair State College shall expend such sum or sums of money as may be included in any annual appropriations act for the expenses necessary for the educational program of the New Jersey School of Conservation, including the maintenance of the buildings and grounds necessary for that program.
