Authority of corporation to receive federal appropriations and conduct the work The assent of the legislature having been heretofore given to the provisions and requirements of the act of congress of May 8, 1914, and May 22, 1928, the corporation is authorized and empowered to receive the grants of money appropriated under said acts and to organize and conduct extension work in agriculture and home economics in connection with the state agricultural college, in accordance with the terms and conditions expressed in said acts of congress.
