Statutes > New-jersey > Title-18a > Section-18a-68 > 18a-68-1018A:68-10. Failure to pay penalty Upon the failure of the defendant to pay forthwith the amount of any money judgment rendered against him the defendant shall be committed to the county jail for a period not exceeding 90 days.
