Statutes > New-jersey > Title-39 > Section-39-6a > 39-6a-1839:6A-18. Mandatory reduction of bodily injury insurance rates Bodily injury insurance rates in effect on July 1, 1972 shall be reduced by at least 15% and shall become effective upon the effective date of this act.
