3B:13-31. Counsel to represent public guardian; compensation    The public guardian of incompetent veterans may, when authorized by the Superior Court, employ counsel to represent him.

    The compensation of counsel shall be fixed by the court and paid from moneys in the guardian's hands belonging to the estate involved in litigation.
