Statutes > New-jersey > Title-40a > Section-40a-9 > 40a-9-240A:9-2. Appointees to have the required qualifications in cases of scientific engineering skill No person shall be appointed to or hold any office in a county or municipality in cases where scientific engineering skill is necessary, unless he has the required qualifications for personally performing the duties of such office.
