Statutes > New-jersey > Title-40a > Section-40a-9 > 40a-9-6540A:9-65. Performance of duties before giving bond; misdemeanor If any person elected county clerk shall assume to perform any of the duties before giving bond as provided by law he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
