52:18A-78.9a.  Lease or sublease agreement;  approval by authority    A lease or sublease agreement for the use or occupation of any portion of a  building in which a project is located shall include a provision that any tenant thereof shall be subject to the approval of the authority, but that the approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
