Statutes > New-jersey > Title-52 > Section-52-4b > 52-4b-18-152:4B-18.1 Increased compensation; applicability. 3.The increase in compensation to a maximum of $25,000 provided for in P.L.1982, c.192 shall apply only to crimes committed after the effective date of P.L.1982, c.192 when personal injury or death occurs.
