52:9J-6. Appropriation There is hereby appropriated to the commission from the general funds of the State the sum of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000.00), when included in any annual appropriation act, for payment of expenses incurred and services required in preparing a State program for coast protection based upon the regional planning concept.
