7-20C-13. Revenue bonds; exemption from taxation.
The local hospital revenue bonds issued under authority of the Local Hospital Gross Receipts Tax Act [7-20C-1 NMSA 1978] and the income from the bonds shall be exempt from all taxation by the state or any political subdivision of the state.
