74-6B-10. Act does not create insurance company or fund.

Nothing in the Ground Water Protection Act [Chapter 74, Article 6B NMSA 1978] creates an insurance company or an insurance fund.  The corrective action fund is not subject to the provisions of the Insurance Code.
