77-1B-12. Termination of agency life; delayed repeal. (Repealed effective July 1, 2012.)
The animal sheltering board is terminated on July 1, 2011 pursuant to the Sunset Act. The board shall continue to operate according to the provisions of the Animal Sheltering Act until July 1, 2012. Effective July 1, 2012, the Animal Sheltering Act is repealed.
