§ 16-0103. Receipt of funds by comptroller.    The  comptroller  is  hereby  authorized  to  receive from the federal  government any moneys which the federal government shall  offer  to  the  state  of  New  York  for reimbursement for expenditures or otherwise in  connection with any federal flood control project in the  state  of  New  York.  The  comptroller  is authorized, upon receipt of any allotment of  moneys from the federal government for reimbursement of expenditures  or  otherwise  in  connection  with  a flood control project to deposit such  moneys to the credit of the general fund.
