§ 28-0113. Pollution prevention program evaluation.    Within thirty-six months after the effective date of this article, the  department  shall,  in  coordination  with  the environmental facilities  corporation and the department  of  economic  development,  prepare  and  submit  to  the  governor  and  the  legislature a report evaluating the  programs proposed, adopted or implemented pursuant to this article.  The  evaluation shall include:    1.  an  identification  of  the specific measures taken to develop and  implement such programs;    2. an evaluation of the resources available to implement such programs  and whether those resources are sufficient; and    3. an analysis of the adequacy  of  measures  taken  to  assist  small  businesses  in  achieving  pollution  prevention and complying with this  chapter.
