§102‑6. Legality of use in descriptions.
For the purpose of describingthe location of any survey station or land boundary corner in the State ofNorth Carolina, it shall be considered a complete, legal, and satisfactorydescription to define the location of such point or points by means ofcoordinates of the North Carolina Coordinate System as described herein.
