§104‑18.  Concurrent jurisdiction over waterway.

The State of North Carolinaretains concurrent jurisdiction with the United States over any lands acquiredand held in pursuance of the provisions of this Chapter, so far as that allcivil and criminal process issued under authority of any law of this State maybe executed in any part of the premises so acquired for such inland waterway,or for the buildings or constructions thereon erected for the purposes of suchinland waterway. (1931, c. 2, s. 8.)
