§105‑345.4.  Appeal to Supreme Court.

In all appeals heard in theCourt of Appeals, any party may file a motion for review in the Supreme Courtof the decision of the Court of Appeals under G.S. 7A‑31, and in casesentitled to be appealed as a matter of right under G.S. 7A‑30(3) anyparty may appeal to the Supreme Court from the decision of the Court of Appealsunder the same rules and regulations as are prescribed by law for appeals, andsuch court may advance the cause on its docket. (1979, c. 584, s. 3.)
