Nothing in this Article shallbe construed as in any way amending, abridging, or otherwise affecting thevalidity of any law or ordinance relating to the Commission for Public Healthor the Department of Environment and Natural Resources or any local healthdepartment in their sanitary work in connection with public and private watersupplies, sewerage, meat, milk, milk products, shellfish, finfish, or otherfoods, or food products, or the production, handling, or processing of theseitems.
