§ 106‑307.  Violation of proclamation or rules.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating the terms of theproclamation of the Governor, or any rule or regulation made by theCommissioner of Agriculture in pursuance thereof, shall be guilty of a Class 2misdemeanor.
