§ 106‑319.  Burialof hogs and other livestock dying in transit.

It shall be the duty of any owner or agent having in charge any swineor other livestock imported or transported into this State who shall, beforedelivery lose a hog or other livestock from natural or unnatural death to havethe same delivered to a rendering plant or buried in the area to a depth of atleast two feet within 12 hours after death of said swine or other livestock.
