§ 106‑350. Sale of tubercular animal a felony.
Any person or persons who shall willfully and knowingly sell orotherwise dispose of any animal or animals known to be affected withtuberculosis without permission as provided for in G.S. 106‑338 shall beguilty of a Class I felony.
